The list of documents required for registration of labor relations with
employees working on the ships of the company's fleet

I. For all categories of workers:

• Passport with mandatory registration in Russia;
• Employment record;
• Insurance certificate of state pension insurance;
• Taxpayer identification number;
• Educational qualifications (diploma, certificates);
• Documents of military registration (for persons liable for military duty and persons subject to military service);
• Personal bank card account (Sberbank or VTB);
• Policy of obligatory medical insurance;
• Foreign passport issued by Russian Federal Migration Service;
• Seafarers' identity document;
• Certificate of navy identification;
• Standard format medical records*;
• A record from drug-abuse dispensary and from psycho-neurological dispensary (originals);
• Criminal record.

* Persons who have not undergone a medical examination, as well as persons subjected to an administrative penalty for the consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic non-prescribed substances without doctor’s appointment or potentially dangerous psychoactive substances, are not allowed to work on the ship until the end of the period during which the person is considered to be under administrative punishment. II. Additionally for junior personel:

• Qualification certificate issued by the harbor captain;

• training of seafarers who have assigned ISPS responsibilities (for those with a qualification certificate);
• self-contained breathing apparatus (basic training);
• lifeboats and rafts specialist (for those with a qualification certificate);
• firefighting (for the boatswain);
• medical aid (for boatswain);
• oil tankers introduction course;
• marine pollution prevention;
• transport security;
• labour protection.

III. Additionally for command staff:

• Work diploma issued by the harbor captain;

Certificates:

• 
  
• initial training on safety and instruction;
• firefighting extensive training;
• lifeboats and rafts specialist;
• first medical aid and medical care (for captains and senior captain assistants);
• first medical aid;
• training of seafarers who have assigned ISPS responsibilities;
• marine pollution prevention;
• oil tankers introduction course;
• extensive training on tankers;
• labour protection;
• gas analyzer (mechanical service);
• transport Security.
